Alba Tower steel fabrication section is actively involved in the production of construction steel structure, architectural fabrication, sheet metal, customized fabrication and tooling development. ATA steel fabrication is equipped with state of art machines for metal cutting, drilling and punching, sheet bending, rolling, profile bending, precision machining, jig and fixture designing and precision machining.
Fabrication shop is equipment with CNC Plasma cutting machine for plates cutting and hole making. semi-automatic band saw cutting line is used for metal profile cutting. Drilling is carried out by CNC machining center, hydraulic iron worker, hand held hydraulic punching machine, magnetic drill machine.
Final assembly and fit up is carried out as per engineering fabrication drawing by our skilled fabricators.
Fabrication welding facility is well equipped with latest technology welding machines. Structural welding is carried out by MIG flux core welding for structure steel and all machines are calibrated and equipped with inverter technology. Welders are qualified and well trained with third part welder certification. TIG welding is being used for stainless steel welding and all welder are qualified.
ATA tool shop is backbone for all factory and keenly involved in require tooling, die and mold making, precision machining, mass production, machinery/tooling development, customized product development.
Fabrication shop is well equipped with state of arts machine for sheet bending and rolling. ATA is actively involved in sheet metal cladding works, façade, customized sheet metal work. Our sheet metal facility is equipped with latest machinery, hydraulic NC press brake, hydraulic guillotine shearing machine, plate bending roller.
Our in house facility is well equipped with latest machines for tube, pipe and architectural profile rolling. Our professional team have enough expertise in the development of tooling according to profile size and shapes. Our skilled team have enough experience to achieve precision in rolling .
