To manage our Openerp(odoo) inhouse application, We are looking for an all-round Odoo framework/XML/Posgresql/Python/ and bug fixing Expert.
Developing and implementing effective in Openerp (Odoo Framework)
Troubleshoot software issues (Openerp)

Experience Must have:
Experience in Openerp (Odoo framework), Posgresql and RML Report.
Relevant experience in Openerp software development is a MUST.
Hands-on experience in client support, implementation, user training & sign-offs.
Experience in preparing functional documents & technical write-ups for projects.
Experience in ERP / HRMS / CRM Projects preferred

Location: Sharjah Base

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our team, specializing in aluminium and metal construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates, cost plans, and bills of quantities for a wide range of projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
•  

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and other project documentation to determine the scope and requirements of the project.
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for project materials, labour, and equipment, using industry-standard software and tools.
• Identify risks and opportunities associated with the project and provide recommendations to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives and timelines are met.
• Prepare tender documents and manage the tender process, including liaising with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to the project team, highlighting any variances or potential issues.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure accurate cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects, including change orders and variations.
• Formulate a full complied BOQ of all required items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying and estimating for aluminium and metal construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific software and tools, including AutoCAD.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
